Pan Fry: Cook from frozen. Place in a shallow pan and heat with a little cooking oil over medium heat for 10-12 mins. Turn over mid-way through cooking.
Oven: Cook from frozen. Pre-heat oven to 170°C. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Cook for 18-20 mins.
Overcooking dries and toughens. Cooking times will be shorter if the product is thawed just before cooking. Make sure the product is heated thoroughly and evenly before eating. DO NOT RE-FREEZE THAWED PRODUCT
