Cottage Pie



  • 415g can Vegie Delights Casserole Mince in Gravy
  • 1 Tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 carrot, peeled & diced
  • 1 cup of peas
  • 1 celery stick, diced
  • 3 Tbsp tomato paste
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3-4 cups of mashed potato
  • Green beans, cooked


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. Fry onion, garlic, carrot, peas and celery with a little oil in pan until soft
  3. Add tomato paste and Vegie Delights Casserole Mince in Gravy. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 15 mins
  4. Pour mixture into a baking dish and top with mashed potato. Bake for 20 mins or until brown
  5. Set aside to cool slightly, then serve with green beans
